Great service for installation and explanation of ...

Great service for installation and explanation of options. After a year a very simple issue popped up and they were si frustratingly unhelpful unless you paid a $99 service charge. When explaining it was a simple cover they refused to give a product number becuase "they can't be responsible foe giving you information that could lead you to do it yourself and get hurt". It would of been funny if it wasn't so frustrating

Their reply to this review was "We're sorry we can't diagnose issues over the phone." Well it was a plastic cover on the external hoses that blew off becuase it wasn't secured well enough by the original technician. While most can't be solved pretty sure this one was a slam dunk
