It was easy to order online, was expecting deliver...

It was easy to order online, was expecting delivery next day it did not arrive and therefore I had to chase up by sending an email, waited in all day not happy!
Company responded by saying product not in stock currently offered an alternative which if wanted next day would have to pay extra preferred to wait for the original we ordered was told will be in sometime before or on the 8 august. Asked due to lack of contact and an example of good customer service could it now be delivered ready assembled free of charge and could they let me know which date and whether am or pm. Reply was no it could not be delivered ready assembled free of charge and will let me know if its the 7 or 8 but didn't answer re whether am or pm. Hope the product is better than the service !
