I had some doubts for the fact workbrands sit in Netherlands (which is not a problem per se, but experience tells that when it comes to problems it is way easier to sort things out with local company) and for the fact they sell refurbished (while everyone know what "new" is supposed to look like, experience tells that "refurbished" always comes as a bit of a surprise). but anyway I treated myself with a Vitra ID and it was a very good decision. Delivery took approx. 10 days and it arrived with a kinked caster/roll, which they replaced quickly. The chair is super nice and in great shape and everything you can expect from a Vitra, there is seriously NO reason to buy new. also if you're price sensitive before you go to IKEA think a about rather buying a refurbished quality product.
