Review of Stockton 12 Honda

SO annoyed. I bought my first car from this dealer...

SO annoyed. I bought my first car from this dealership in 2006. I have been leasing cars from Stockton 12 for 7 years. My current lease is ending in 3 months and they have been calling me every 2 weeks to ask me to bring my Odyssey in to trade it in for a new lease. I explain every time that I don t need a new one and I don t have the extra money to have my payment increase or put money down for a new one.

Well, today they call me again. I explained that I have no money to put down and don t want an increase on my monthly payment. The guy (Carson) over the phone asked if he could put me on hold to talk to his manager, then came back on the phone and said he thought they could for sure put me in a 2019 Odyssey, same model as mine, for zero down and keeping my same monthly payment. I asked if I could think about it and call them back. I called back and said, ok, I ll bring it in and we can go from there.

I drop what I m doing and come in with my new baby. After talking and selling me on the new model, they tell me that they can t give me the new model without raising my monthly price by $200.... um.... I just looked at him confused and said, over the phone you promised you could do this or I wouldn t have come. I was NOT looking to buy a new car.

After going back and forth with the manager, they said they couldn t give me what they promised on the phone.

I am SO disappointed with this office, their staff, and lack of good customer service. They wasted my time and made me never want to come back to lease from them again. I will absolutely not be leasing from them again.
