I'm being awarded $10 credit for this review, but I would have written the same with no compensation! The contact with dispatch was very thorough. Our driver arrived right on time. The van was immaculate. Our ride over to the city was very pleasant. We will be using Carmel Limo again for our departure AND recommending them to our friends who come to NY.
