Friendly, convenient but in need of a general refurbishment.
The staff were brilliant, everyone from reception to the bar and restaurants. Great work!
Although there was definitely a suggestion that the hotel was being 'freshened up', the hotel in general is a little tired and in need of significant refurbishment.
