I ordered a stereo for my car and paid for 2 day delivery and was promised to have it on time. 10 days later it hadn't shipped and I was forced to cancel the order and buy it elsewhere. Then a week later the stereo showed up and I called to have them pick it back up, since I had cancelled the order with them. They made me pay to have it shipped back and refused to send a call tag. So, I paid and shipped it back to them. That was 3 months ago that they received it back and I am yet to receive my money back. I have called and talked to them a dozen times, only to hear that they are "sorry it is taking so long" and that they are "processing it that day" for me and I will see the credit back to my card within a few days. NOPE, never happens.
I have been forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company and have had to spend more of my time filling out paperwork and providing all of the proof that they have the merchandise back and won't return the money.
DO NOT USE THEM, They are the worst company out there!!
I wish I had read all the other 1-star reviews before I gave them my business.
