The salon kinda feels like a warehouse, harsh lighting, the stations were tiny and very close together. They don't carry the greatest products (I'd say about Master Cuts or Regis level products). I could have gotten over all that if the service I received was great, but it wasn't stylist wet-combed and blow dried my hair without applying any detangler or heat protection, and the cut turned out pretty choppy/uneven, especially in the back. :( Bummed! I won't be taking another chance there, I'll stick to the safety of Aveda salons.
