We had a wonderful stay despite the pandemic. The resort was full yet it never felt crowded. The beach is no longer how it was, having suffered serious erosion from overdevelopment and land reclamation all over Penang - now reduced to a narrow strip of sands with large dangerous boulders.

Having said that, we didn't miss the beach too much. The resort is green and soothing - we loved it and will come back again. If they could repair the beach to its former glory, that would just be perfect.
