We ordered 2 fixtures with matching lamps from DM Lights for our new home. Everything seemed okay until a few months later we wanted to install the lamps. There was a production error on the fixture. DM Lights has sent a new lampshade without hesitation, and even an extra umbraco key to easily replace it. Fantastic service, thanks Neel!
