Clean place but seriously???? Trying to adopt a dog and you have a million restrictions. Disappointed! Want people to save a life?? How about you let the family adopt the damn dog. "Should go to a home with children 12 yr and older..." on every dog we asked about!!! Ridiculous. That'll help save dogs lives, great job.
