Wow, there are not enough good things to say about this company. They are top notch in their quality of services, the guarantee behind the work they do, and their customer service. It is nerve-wracking to have to repair a basement, not to mention so costly. They are very informative so that you can make an informed decision and feel good about the costs involved. Everyone from the office staff to the consultant, Sam, to the gentlemen who installed the system, Josh and Henry, were nothing short of amazing. They took a stressful circumstance for us and gave us peace of mind through the whole process. We are so happy that we chose Tarheel Basement Systems & we truly breathe easier every time we look at our repaired basement wall!
