Top notch company! First impression came when Rob E., within a few hours of my call, arrived. He was very professional and spot on with his assessment of our dead furnace. He requested John to come over and give us a quote. John B. arrived promptly and gave us 3 options. Once we selected our option, we were set for a new furnace installation the next morning. This all transpired in a matter of a few hours. The next morning, exactly on time, Brian S. and Zach S. arrived with our new furnace. Again, they did not disappoint. They were very efficient and had the new furnace quickly! They reviewed everything we need to know about the furnace and the new thermostat. Once they were done, their manager came by and reviewed the work and made sure everything was perfect. The first impression of the company was Rob E. and we had high hopes! We were certainly not disappointed! This company is interested in taking care of the customer's needs and they do not disappoint! They have buying a furnace fine-tuned and painless!
