We eat here quite often. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Quality is always great. Unfortunately I took my family last night, I ordered the 12oz prime rib, it is usually very good but last night it was very overcooked and dry. I ordered medium rare it was more like well done. I thought maybe due to it being 7:30pm was the issue, the cut just did not seem right either. I almost got the cajun ribeye but it is typically pretty hard for me to pass on the Prime Rib. I was very disappointed. I do not like to cause a scene so I just ate it. Everything else was great as usual. But for 22 bucks I was a bit irritated by the Prime rib.
