Everytime I go to the Broardmoor it's exceptional!...

Everytime I go to the Broardmoor it's exceptional! The hotel and grounds are lovely, restaurants are great and every member of their staff that I have encountered is polite and professional. I went for dinner and drinks recently and the food was great and service on point. The only item of note is that they add a 20% service charge to your bill last the end. It could be a bit of a shock of you're not expecting it.
