Nursing program from 2013 to 2015 was absolutely outstanding!

HOWEVER, the bookstore and billing department are rude and do not work with their students in regard to textbook returns.

I had signd up for a class that I was unable to attend due to a family emergency. I attempted to return the textbook and the bookstore absolutely refused to take it back.

5 years later, I am being billed for said textbook that THEY REFUSED TO TAKE BACK!

I have contacted billing, and have attempted to contact the supervisor, with no response.

In addition, to do this 5 years later and during a pandemic is poor and despicable.
