I purchased a disk brake kit with rotors and pads....
I purchased a disk brake kit with rotors and pads. The rotors were correct but the pads were not. I filled out a questionnaire about the problem with a response coming shortly after that via email. I was told that if the rotors fit, the pads had to fit. Then they checked my VIN and told me I had a different car than I actually had. So I checked the VIN and sent them back the information. In the meantime I purchased a set of pads from Amazon. They worked without any installation problems. I've been using Rock Auto for years but this is the first time I've had to deal with their customer service. Without a doubt, this was the worst experience I've had with any one. There was no offer to replace the pads, refund my money, etc. The line just went dead. I will never purchase anything from Rock Auto again.
