Rather terrible service, told we missed happy hour...

Rather terrible service, told we missed happy hour (6:04pm) when our orders were put in 8 minutes after we were seated, after a 15 minute wait for tables that were obviously empty and "cleaned" and ready. The place was swarming with flies around the bar, and prices were way out of line compared to many places.
Redeeming qualities include a great view, large outdoor space and boat access. I probably won't be back by choice though.
