I placed an order on their website but wrongly selected a delivery date that was 1 week after the day I needed the delivery. When I called them, they agreed to expedite my delivery. Best part is, as they didn't have available stock for the D24 cake i ordered, they offered a free upgrade to a MSW chocolate cake. Superb service deserves 7/5 star rating. Definitely try out their durian mochis, no regrets!
