When I contacted the dealership about our problem...

When I contacted the dealership about our problem with the car they didn't hesitate to help us. They explained what they were looking to do and they put us in a 2018 loaner for 2 weeks while they worked on the car. We did not have to pay for the repairs because of a special program that General Motors had in place for this particular problem. We were not aware of that program. Before completing the job, they contacted us to make recommendations for additional repairs. They detailed our car before returning it to us.
