Phenomenal facility, staff and Dr.Augenstein was amazing! He listened to my concerns and created the game plan for treatment. He made me feel as though my concerns mattered and he wasn't trying to just sell me on more surgery which a previous doctor had tried to do. I feel as though he has my best interest in mind. Very appreciative for the care I received from he and his nurse. They took time to look at my before pictures prior to my weight loss and truly congratulated me on my progress. He understood what I have been through and why I wanted so desperately to have this surgery. No matter how hard I may have pushed to have more procedures at one time he wouldn't budge. He truly cared about the safety of me as a patient and not just trying to get more money.

Also, Erica Lopez was very helpful! I took a lot of time in my financing/scheduling appointment and she never once made me feel rushed. She gave me all of her attention and helped me explore all financial options. Best experience I could have imagined!
