Well the experience is not good... it is the kind ...

Well the experience is not good... it is the kind of business, when instead of trying to solve privately expressed complains, cancelling your contract in an early stage.

I have a business, and I do not kick out my client when they complain, I just try to understand their complains and explain my point of view (with FACTS!) and trying to calm them down... instead of that... the Owner decided to cancel my contract earlier than it's expiration, without any prior notification... because I complained by mail to them.
