There was only one lane open to the service area. ...

There was only one lane open to the service area. Ahead of me was three trucks and a car. Nothing was moving and my view ahead was blocked by the trucks. No one seemed concerned about the congestion. I sat for 20 minutes and finally decided to go to the service office to see what was going on. I was abruptly greeted. I shared my experience with them. The service rep proceeded to check me in.

As I was sitting in the customer lounge, I saw what I thought was my vehicle, pull up next to the building.
Again......after 20 minutes elapsed.....I went to the service desk to see what was happening. Neither of the two folks at the counter seemed to have a clue. Finally, one walked over to the other counter, which was unmanned, and found my keys and the paperwork sitting on the counter.

Obviously, I was not pleased with the entire service experience.
