I have been using this place since 2010. Always had very positive and pleasant experiences with Dr Mehdi, Dr Isabel and Dr Metje. The staff on reception were also friendly and helpful. Had a very bad experience in 2016 with another vet who still works at this surgery. I complained and felt the owners did listen and respond appropriately. Still get anxious taking my pet now which is a real shame as prior to that experience, it was really great and never a concern.
