Not clean. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Which was then done to a satisfactory standard. Condescending remarks by staff when asked about luggage storage. "I just told you so" (guy named Jan) after double checking whether I got the information right. This happened to me before here at Generator Hamburg. Never again!
