Small Size? New Dresses, in front of store. Plus Size? Used Dress in back of store. Things that make you go hmmmm?
Let me paint this picture for you.
Scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Arrived on time; to an empty store where we waited over 25 mins to be assisted, did I say empty store, meaning NO ONE ELSE was in there but us and we still had to wait; hmmm; STRIKE 1

While Anya Bridal had some beautiful dresses on the floor to look at; that is exactly all you will doing if you are over a size 8. LOOKING AT THEM; ALL of the dresses they had on display for brides to try on were ONLY between sizes 6-8, like seriously is 2018; aren t we over the 6-8 phase yet? But if you go to the back of the store; they had plus size dress (used) for grab and go (as is) that you had to dig through to find what you like to try on; hmmm STRIKE 2

When asked the lady what would brides over the size of 8 do if they wanted to try on a certain dress IN FORNT of the store without digging through the back; we were told, Order the dress in your size, purchase it and hope it work out? How about she let me purchase it with her money since she have money to HOPE on? Additionally there is an 18% surcharge on ALL dress over size 18; but if you purchase your Bridal Gown there your bridesmaids get ONLY a 15% discount. Interesting that the plus size dress UPcharge is more than even the bridesmaid s dress discount right? Hmmm; STRIKE 3

And . You ARE OUT. I would not recommend this place- ANYA BRIDAL; they are not user friendly, polite, professional and most of all inclusive to accommodate ALL brides and bridesmaids. While a store wouldn t carry every size; they usually carry larger sizes and clip as needed to allow ALL brides to try on; THE LAST thing you want when shopping for your big day is dealing with a business that cannot accommodate the needs of yourself and EVERYONE in your bridal party.
