I have mixed feelings about Thom Browne, Inc. On one hand, their clothing is stylish and unique. On the other hand, I've had a couple of instances where the quality was not up to par. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues, but it was still a bit disappointing. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
