We checked in and our safe wasn t working. The staff couldn t be more dis pleasant about it if they tried. It was a hassle and took over an hour for them to give us a different room. On top of it all our bed had BLOOD spots on it. The staff is very unfriendly and does not try and accommodate you at all. They want to charge us $50-100 for a later check out. Never had such rude staff before. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
