The Audubon Inn is a beautiful newly renovated historical building in downtown Mayville, WI. The restaurant is in-house and called Noras. The food is either very good or very poor. The service is slow.... expect to spend a long time waiting for your food. The food many times comes out cold or overdone. Although many of their food items are unique, there is a small variety. Noras is known for their roasted brussel sprouts, which are excellent. The wait staff does not match the setting of the restaurant. The workers need to be trained in hospitality & gracefulness. The bedrooms are beautiful and reminds me of a bed and breakfast. Very much worth a visit. Mayville is a beautiful small town.
