We referred a screen printed shirt order for our valued customer to Apple Imprints Apparel, Inc. We pre-payed by check & placed our trust in Mary Poissant, manager & Lina Shelton, sales rep. BIG MISTAKE. The team shirts order was clearly specified in writing to ship in exact quantity yet Apple shipped it late and missing 4 shirts plus 2 wrong sized shirts. To make things worse Apple never informed us so we were blind-sided by our customers complaint. I urgently contacted Lina & Mary who ignored me for 12 days while my customer had 6 team members playing games with no shirts. When I finally spoke with Lina she apologized & promised to ship the correct shirts immediately. 4 days passed & she did nothing. When I spoke with Lina again she apologized again & stated she can't understand why Mary Poissant won't fix the mistake. I then emailed Mary a few times until she finally replied a few days later. She flat out refused to produce the rest of the order that she owed knowing how desperate the team was. She did promise to refund us immediately but never did. We refunded our customer yet lost their future business and their trust. To make things worse, we just found out that Apple failed to follow clearly written shipping instructions to Canada so we received an incorrect bill from Customs for $197.01 Mary Poissant promised to resolve that issue too but, once again, she did nothing. This company has no conscience and no empathy. Be careful.
