I purchased a Range Rover sight unseen from New York a month before I picked it up. When I arrived in Atlanta(went out of my way on a cross country military move) to pick up the vehicle, the car was not properly detailed and the trunk wouldn't open due to it being in "Valet Mode". We were originally told that we just would have to take it to a LandRover dealer when we got to our destination to have it fixed. Unacceptable. After wasting a couple hours of my time they finally drove it to a Land Rover dealer to have the problem fixed. I would expect that when you have 30 days to prepare a car to be delivered to the customer that you would be absolutely thorough in making sure everything was functional. Also, how do you completely detail a car without opening the trunk? We have now lost an entire day of travel and quite a bit of out of pocket expense in extra hotel and added rental days on our moving truck. The lack of customer service is inexcusable.
