Still blaming the customer's router for connection problems. We are now with a new supplier since the fiber optic was deployed and I didn't have to restart my router once, something I had to do almost every day with Xittel and it is the same router as the technicians blamed being at fault! He has a big lack of professionalism on the part of some technicians who literally laugh at their customers. Avoid at all costs if another option is available to you.
