I have to say this place is amazing! I first called to see how long it would take to get something embroidered on a Tuesday evening. Ben said that he could have it possibly by Thursday afternoon but they offer a rush service for a small fee. I was alright with paying the small fee as long as he could insure I could have it by Friday morning as it was a gift for a teacher (last day of school was on Friday). He said that he would make sure I had it by Thursday afternoon. So I took in a diaper bag to get monogrammed Tuesday evening. Ben was so kind to my children! They really like being at the store. He treated them to candy and a coloring sheet. The prices were AMAZING! I got the largest size I could get and the color of thread they had matched the bag perfectly for about $13 with tax. The absolute best part.... I got a text, yes a text (I have three kids, answering the phone when it rings is non existent!) telling me my order was ready for pick up on Wednesday evening. So lets do the math here, Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening, 24 hours!!! How amazing is that?! Ben knew EXACTLY what I needed. He listened to the fact that it was a gift for a teacher and got my order done as quickly as possible. Is that not outstanding customer service? Not only that, the bag looks great. I am one enthusiastically pleased customer! Thank you Ben and Spirit Creations I shall return to y'all for any future embroidery needs!
