So my son had my car and got a $4.21 pay by plate ...

So my son had my car and got a $4.21 pay by plate violation. I went to the EPASS site to pay. The EPASS website did not recognize the plate number OR reference number. So I called the number from their confusing invoice with three different phone numbers. SunPass said I called the wrong number. OK. I needed EPASS not SunPass. But they were both on the form. So I called EPASS. They did not recognize my zip code in their automated system. (I have had the same zip code for years so its not an update issue.) So I called back and waited for an operator. I was then able to pay the $4.21 to prevent my license from being suspended.
