On Dec 1, 2017 for the 7:40 pm show of Wonder, Showcase Cinemas at Legacy Place set aside the first seating choice for a large group and made the rest of the ticket holders wait until 7:30pm to enter the movie theater. So even though I arrived at the theater at around 7, I was not allowed to enter to find my seat. There was a long line of people waiting while we watched a whole group that was allowed in through a separate entrance. This was a terrible experience and I'm also going to file a complaint with the company.
