My friends and I understand that there are precautions needed to be taken for this 'virus' and also due to supremely strict provincial health mandates, but charging 10 dollars for a bucket of a dozen range balls is literally price gouging and completely unnecessary/not related to the health and well being of anyone. On top of that, the course must be doing quite well to be able to reject our post round request/offer to do a 'replay' at 320pm on a day that's 100% rain of about 4mm with a completely empty tee sheet (being able to finish while ppl would still be on the back 9). We suggested any monetary amount within reason, offered to pay at the kiosk, or any form, since they would not accept cash (mandated) but we were told, (using the excuse of the 'virus') that this was not possible.

I'm summary, today Northview showed a lack of accommodation, and preferred taking an approach of complete capitalization under the guise of a virus, while completely disregarding basic norms of customer service. I would say normally there haven't been many issues here, and even today it was mostly a pleasure, but today was a major turn off and frankly disappointing.
