Unprofessional management. Disorganized business with a high employee turnover rate. Employees currently working there have not gotten raises in a year. Will force you to work more hours past the end of the shift to meet their shipment quota, or threaten to fire you. Low level managers have no recourse to address employee insubordination. Mid level managers sit around and milk the clock with impunity. Low pay just cents above minimum wage. Would not refer anyone to this company for employment and would not return to work there.
