I have had a gap policy in place to help pay my deductible on my health insurance since November 2016. It covers myself and 3 kids, paid through employer payroll. I have had several Dr's office send me bills where GTL paid nothing. In fact, GTL has NEVER paid a single claim submitted!
Im now being threatened with collections from several providers. I'd like to know just where my premiums go exactly.
