Do not know how to categorize it, delivery came very punctually and was more or less deposited at the agreed place, but the package looked so damaged from the outside that I was not surprised that the content was also broken. A huge hole on the outside of the package makes the estimated 2 rolls of package tape that stuck to the package obsolete, if I hadn't already been awake the contents could easily be fished out. Product as already said damaged.
