Two stars because the package was still delivered. After several attempts and an otherwise burned vacation day, the package had to be redirected to the work address in the end. Although you wait for the delivery person at home all day, at the end of the day you only get one message: "Unfortunately we couldn't get home."
Home delivery is simply ignored. Address love directly to a parcel shop.
