Poor and horrible experience. Non knowledgeable staff. Made 3 unauthorized charges on my card and took forever to resolve the issue. Unprofessional phone customer service. Site manager is NEVER available to resolve issues that workers are not able to resolve. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
