Very friendly and quick check-in Service. The X-Ray process was quick, within 10 minutes I was ready to be examined. The X-Ray Technician was very nice and welcoming. I went in to have my right knee examined, first time here. Doctor Yanke was very professional, and explained to me in detail my condition and my options. His assistant was also very professional and friendly (sorry forgot his name). The only thing I wish I could have obtained was a print out of my summary. The check-out rep said they do not provide summaries or notes. Reason I asked was because I wanted to remember the medical term for my condition, as well as provide a copy for my workplace. Overall, great facility, oh and parking was $23, not if there s a discount for patients. I know at U of I You pay approximately $6 for parking for patients and visitors.
