After dealing with several agents, our couch was to be delivered Oct. 24th, they called LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY and canceled, pushing us back another week. 9 weeks post order, not the 6 we were quoted.

If I could give a no star review, I would. We bought roughly $2500 worth of furniture and after four weeks of waiting we were told that, at minimum, it would be an additional two weeks before they could tell us when we would get our stuff (our promised delivery windows was within four weeks of purchase). They refused to refund any money outside of the $150 delivery fee, and had no sense of urgency to remedy the situation. The communication between the store and myself only existed if I reached out first. If you like the idea of furniture, shop here. If you would like to purchase furniture for use, shop elsewhere.
