A pretty fair renting experience. 1430 Humboldt is a nice little spot in Cap Hill. The maintenance requests were usually pretty slow to be handled, but I suppose thats more or less to be expected. One major issue was that we signed the lease without visiting the unit first-- a mistake, but places go quick in this neighborhood. The realtor told us over the phone the unit was on the first floor, however after signing a 1-year lease we found out we were in the basement. Cars parked right in front of our windows and light the rooms when they turn on to leave.

Clean and fairly priced. Couldn't have asked for much better.
