Unfortunately the phone system in the area is horrendous, it takes you a LOT to get through to someone and when you get the call it goes down. Please train the attendants or give them a rm -rf, because sometimes I have the impression that I am talking to the dead who have risen and not to people, rare are those who can really help you.
