Knowing that you are receiving greatly reduced prices for veterinarian care, you go here accepting that there are some trade offs for this arrangement.
You will be cramped in the waiting room and you will wait. The facility on the upper east side of Manhattan was probably undersized when it was built and has only gotten more squeezed. For outer borough customers, the commute and parking will make you remind yourself that the other local for profit vets will pillage you for the same procedures.

The staff is compassionate and I believe quality care is dispensed here.
