Humiliate their customer by handing them the bill. Hotel to avoid if you want real palace service. And respect. I had to change rooms because the heating did not work and the door to the bay window broke so freezing cold. No refund of my night and a room transfer in 8h .. And that's just one detail in a list. No follow-ups from managers if you don't have a prestigious last name. Even if you pay. The value of this palace lies in the value of the material. Poor service.
