Very inadequate service for this kind of hotel . The rules for the staff at the skyline bar are against any reasonable customer orientation . If you ask something to eat at 21,30 they say that it is not possible. If you are on the terrace and ask a drink after midnight (and before the closure) they tell you must go inside and take it from the bar.
Espresso at breakfast is undrinkable for an Italian taste and cappuccino only slightly better but both made by automatic machine! This is unacceptable for this kind of hotel with such rates! Many rooms are inside with poor light and no mobile phone network coverage which is very poor in many areas within the hotel .
