Richsmith Management & other staff are very unprofessional, give continuous run arounds, so much lack of communication, unorganized it s real sad & distasteful!! I applied to move in Village Estates of Mablevale in December 7 paid all fees required also a deposit of $400! Was told 4 different move in dates not knowing they never submitted or processed any paperwork! When questioned staff always I don t know I ll find out & call you back never receiving a call! I stopped in a few times to still be giving the run arounds! I called Coperate left messages & sent emails all left unanswered!! Finally by Jan 13th I was done & over it!! I requested my deposit of $400 & was told by the property manager it only takes 2 business days to receive the refund.. I asked why can t you give me my money order... well it had been deposited but I was never approved prior to the deposit of my $400 fishy! I went back Friday at 4 to pick up my check & was told it was mailed you should receive it on Monday or Tuesday! Well Monday was a holiday so Tuesday comes no check Wednesday comes not check so it s Thursday I called Coperate spoke with Andrea she emailed the property manager to inquire about it & I called... again run arounds & still no response about money owed to me!!! This is really sad & heartbreaking!! I was supposed to be out my current unit Jan 7th however didn t move due to their unpredictable dates & lack of communication & my rent is still due!! They don t care since I m not their resident but y all need to run me my money!!! Oh I m filling a police report & I m forwarding this message!!
