So today I requested to waive a late fee (2 days late)and its SAD to say that KUA was not able to waive the $10 fee for there customers during this pandemic where families are struggling to keep up with their bills and life The CSR stated she was unable to waive the fee due to courtesy is only extended to 1x per year. Wheres the help for your customers and community in a time of need? I felt they could of done better than that? No effort at all from the CSR rep!
